The Gallery faced siloed workflows and fragmented channels, making it difficult to provide a consolidated view of the customers’ digital footprints and activities.

How GalleryHQ connects every touchpoint
GalleryHQ acts as the nerve centre of the Gallery's digital ecosystem. Visitor touchpoints — from the mobile app and ticketing kiosks to in-gallery displays — all feed into the central hub, which orchestrates data analytics, personalisation, and third-party vendor integrations through a single, unified API layer.
End-to-end delivery across six pillars
Hardware
Covering NGS's ticketing kiosks and various in-gallery digital displays — from scoping and procurement to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Infrastructure
Bringing in Microsoft & AWS expertise to plan, design and maintain various deployment modes — cloud, on-premise, and hybrid — tailored to the Gallery's operational needs.
Applications
Visitor touchpoints from Mobile App to PWA, to custom payment terminals. The Gallery Explorer App features enterprise-grade SSO, an AI chatbot, and is maintained through a live CI/CD pipeline.
AI Deployment
Commenced workflow automation project in partnership with Workato, bringing AI-driven process orchestration across the Gallery's operational and visitor-facing systems.
Data Analysis & Personalisation
Real-time visitor profiling across ticketing, the app, gallery displays and membership — enabling behaviour-based targeting and personalised visitor journeys throughout the Gallery.
Third-party Integrations
API orchestration connecting Payment Gateway, CRM, Content CMS, Membership System and Event Platform — all unified through GalleryHQ's central integration layer.
