Celebrating 100 years required a sophisticated digital companion that could facilitate an end-to-end visitor experience across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

The Hilton Event App was built around five core modules — all feeding into and from the central platform. Hotel Explorer, Event Schedule, Photobooth, Guest Profile, and Push Notifications work together to power a seamless, personalised anniversary experience across every participating property in Southeast Asia.

Guests browse all participating Hilton properties across Southeast Asia — viewing hotel details, amenities, special anniversary offers, and event programmes hosted at each location.
Event Schedule & Booking
A full anniversary event calendar with session-level booking — guests secure their slots, receive instant confirmation, and can manage their personal itinerary across multiple properties and days.
Anniversary Photobooth
A branded in-app photobooth feature lets guests capture and share commemorative photos with Hilton's 100th anniversary overlays — creating personalised keepsakes from the celebrations.
Personalised Guest Profile
Each guest has a profile storing their booking history, saved hotels, and personalised itinerary — ensuring the app experience feels tailored to their preferences throughout the celebrations.
Push Notifications
Real-time push notifications keep guests informed of upcoming sessions, schedule changes, special announcements, and property-specific anniversary highlights throughout the campaign period.
Multi-region & Localisation
Deployed simultaneously across six SEA markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam — with full content localisation and region-specific property data for each market.

The Hilton Event App guided guests through every stage of the anniversary experience — downloading and registering, exploring participating hotels across SEA, booking their sessions, attending events and capturing photobooth moments, with personalised outputs including their itinerary, photo gallery, and event reminders at every step.
